This will always be one of the most memorable hunts of my life. At the time this was my biggest buck I had ever taken. Pair that with it being the first buck on our new farm and my first successful self-filmed hunt. New to self-filming, this was the deer that showed me it was possible. Check it all out on YouTube!

A slow start to the 2024 November Firearms Season initiates an impromptu hunt with one of my older brothers, in hopes of getting him some meat for his freezer. With a surplus of mature buck sightings and a large group of does, I called my brother to come hunt the farm. With only 3 hours of sleep behind us, we found ourselves on the front row to the peak of the rut in Missouri! 

One last trip before our baby arrives! With our baby boy due in mid-February, my wife and I decided to visit my brother and sister-in-law in Maryland. With a few thousand acres of Maryland WMA in their backyard, I decided to fly my gear out and test my skills on my first out of state hunt. Arrows were released and mistakes were made early, but I was able to put it all together and squash the myth of the "October lull"
